Many times throughout the years things, circumstances and people have tried to sabotage my “good” intentions. Yet though not always motivated, determination to “not” let those things, etc, keep me from my healthy journey kept me going. .

If you’ve gotten off track, it’s never too late to start again. Hiring a trainer can help you with accountability and your future self will thank you. .

If my 80 plus years old self could speak to me today re: fitness I believe she would say: .
Continue to love who you are and take care of yourself because you are worth it .

Continue drinking 70-90 ounces of water everyday .
Eat enough protein and fiber and less sugar .

Just got through doing our 4th 10:00 workout with the amazing seamstresses @gabbysalterations  I understand that so many of you out there are willing and wanting to be stronger and healthier but truly don’t have time to go to the gym!! #healthylifestyleforever .
Studies have shown that just 10 minutes every day can have a positive impact on your health!! .
Today we kept moving with step ups, push-ups, side lying leg lifts, hip bridges, abs, Superman and inchworm, followed by a few minutes of stretching. .
These ladies can testify that they feel energized to keep on working after the workout. #justmovemore #justgiveme10 .

I tore off some calluses pretty bad at the monkey bars @toughmuddernashville on Saturday, did about 3-4 hours of housework Sunday and this morning I was actually feeling depressed about some things going on in my life and I really didn’t want to go to work OR workout so what did I do?? First I had alone time (quiet time) with God. I went to work @murfreesboro_athletic_club And I thought that a 20.0 Incline walk on the treadmill might be better than nothing at all and guess what!! I got a really good sweat going with my 3.0 Mph Pace and 3.5 to 2.5 mixing up for 40 minutes! I really haven’t done cardio lately but my mind just wasn’t into lifting weights. To me, cardio is mindless, for the most part and afterwards, I felt better. #workoutandfeebetter
