When I was in my 20’s, I thought that by age 30 I should cut my hair because, well that was my perspective of getting older, that’s just what you should do! So, I did although I had long blonde hair most all of my life!! It was up over my ears!! Super cute and fun!  But, it’s freeing to just be me. If I want long hair then have it!! Not knocking short hair at all by no means but, just sayin, what do you want? Then go for it!! Be you!! Be the best you that you can be!! For me, only with God’s help is it possible!! #fitat59 #enjoyinglonghairatanyage #beyourself

I never would’ve thought that I would be posting a pic like this at the age of 59!! I thank my younger self for staying committed to health and fitness!! I also am glad that I started following @bretcontreras1  I’ve learned sooo much from him that I’ve applied to myself and the clients I train. Us older chicks and even the dudes😂 have benefited from really focusing on glute training. I’m looking forward to my first competition with the @wbff_official in Atlanta next September!! Hard work and commitment brings success!!
